The World's Great and Wonderful Inventions

Today I came across a very interesting object. My mum happened to come home with this...

Now as you can probably imagine, I found this 'real cool'. If you can't tell already, it's a plastic apple cutter which cores and cuts the apples to make them very practical to eat. This made me curious of what other inventions there were in the world that nobody knows about. WHY WAS THIS INCREDIBLE OBJECT NOT KNOWN TO ME?

Here are a few other inventions I found rather cool.

This allows one to pour a drink into two cups at once. That could save a whole 10 seconds!

Double Ended Toothpaste

This one is genius. I always get frustrated at the awful design of toothpaste bottles. This has got to be the way to go. Colgate, take a hint.

This one made me smile. They're so called 'fruit shaped juice cartons'. How cute, heh?

A butter stick. Some may mistake this one for glue though. That would be kinda awkward.

I personally cannot cut in a straight line to save my life! This is perfect for me, and I'm sure the majority of the  strange people in the world

This is so pretty! CUTE.

Best storage place. #NGL

So that it. My life is pretty sad, I know. You gotta admit, they are pretty darn cool. I would love to find more really weird stuff like these. People these days, absolute geniuses.

Well lads, til next time.

Sunday 2 December 2012

Woah, I haven't done this in a while.

Okay, so I still don't like the layout of blogger.

I have been meaning to blog for a while, but I just never had any time. I lied, I haven't even thought about it til today. The whole idea had been forgotten til I needed some help with a piece of biology homework and found a blog which will hopefully be of some use.

So, what has been going on lately?
Here is a list of a few things that sums up my life in the last couple of months:
1. AS Levels
2. Parents Evening
3. Predicted Grades
4. Homework
5. Food
6. Piano
7. Lectures
8. Breaking Dawn
9. Ice Skating
10. Sleep
... I know, very boring indeed.

So far, AS is quite stressful and challenging but I'm enjoying it. The subjects I take are Maths, Economics, Biology, Photography and Mandarin Chinese. It's a wide range of different subjects but I think that it's better to keep my options open to anything. Parent's evening wasn't long ago. I dreaded it, no joke. I expected being shouted at by my biology teacher for the E grade I had acquired in my last test. I am so, so grateful she was civil. I was slightly disappointed with my photography feedback, as I feel I work quite hard for it and I've achieved well. I know my teachers like me, so I was rather irritated when my teachers listed out the things I need to improve on in my book and didn't give me much substantial feedback. My maths and economics went extremely well though.

Recently, our teachers have given us our ALIS grades and our predicted grades. These are predicted grades formulated by Durham University from our GCSE achievements. My GCSEs were disappointing, so these did not bother me much. My ALIS predicted me 3Bs and an A. My predicted grades, however, predicted me 3As and a B. I deserve that B. It was in biology! Aha!

My evenings have been occupated with science lectures at UCL (University College of London), piano lessons which I have started again and a LOT of homework and revision. The lectures are interesting, despite the fact that I never want to go into a science field. There were some really interesting ones like the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. As a young child, I gave up piano and refused to take any grades. Midway through October, I began lessons again to try and get to a decent grade which will give me a few extra UCAS points for university applications. So far, I'm on grade 3 but it's only been a few weeks and I hope to take my grade 5 in June. ^-^

Yesterday, my friend and I went to watch Breaking Dawn Part 2. It was actually pretty decent. I'm rather concerned that it is only rated 12A... it is definitely inappropriate for such young children. Someone told me that Alice's dream becomes true, unlike the book, and I got really excited. They had obviously not watched the movie. =.=' DISAPPOINTMENT.

Tomorrow I have plans to go ice skating with a friend. I love it so much, I wish I could just have a rink in my back garden, that would be nice. Last time I went, there was an old man who kept coming up to me and asking me weird questions. I was SO SCARED, so I didn't go beyond 5 metres of my friend! Another skater looked so much like a really socially awkward maths teacher at my school. He was really good and he taught me different tricks and stuff which was really sweet. ^-^ I am so excited for tomorrow! As a child, I had dreams to become a professional figure skater. ahahahaa. I'm not awful, but I have a lot to work on and learn. Different tricks I can do include cross-overs, skating backwards, the grapevine and a few others. That's really quite limited, sad right? Either way, if you have never been skating - YOU MUST GO! It's absolutely brilliant.

This is enough procrastinating for the day. I have a biology write up to complete. Ew.

Today.

Today has been a dreadful day.
First lesson: Had a test, failed so bad.
Second lesson: Sports Leadership - got screamed at for being late.
Third lesson: Need to catch up on so much work.
Lunch: Missed lunch to catch up on work.
Fourth lesson: Got told that I have to take part in the senior maths challenge.
Last period: Free.
During this free, I was informed of such an awful story. Some people in my year group at school went rambling for PE in their 4th period. This happened to be at a local park near the school. As they were rambling/walking, one girl saw a pair of legs hanging from the tree. The trousers were camouflaged with the tree. She must have gone gone over and realised that it was a person who had hung himself. They screamed and cried. Apparently, even the teacher cried. A couple walked past, realised and checked it was a man then called the police. Many other people realised, but walked on as if nothing had happened. I was so shocked when I heard this. I'm still a bit shaky now, but I guess there may come a point in some people's lives when they just can't keep on going. In a way, I do think that he had the right to do this but not in a public place, not in a children's playground. I thought I'd share this story here.

RIP.

Favourite Quotes

This week I have encountered 2 friends who have made me laugh so much. Here are some things they've said that have cheered me up a lot after a very awful week:
'If you want to curl up with someone, I'll get dan?'
'my friend decided to grow a vagina and be a girl'

I LOVE MY FRIENDS. #friends

23/08/2012

Today is a special day. Here are the reasons why:
1) It's GCSE results day.
2) It's my birthday in the lunar calendar.
3) It's Chinese valentines day.

NOW let me talk you through them.
My GCSE results weren't too bad, but I could have done a lot better and I know it.
I never knew my birthday is on the same day as cvday in lunar calendar:) woopwooppppp!

Thats it. LOL.

Today has been a decent day til 20 minutes ago when everything fucked up.

'梦想有多大,舞台就有多大.'
Dream big.

Good night. xoxo

Summer.

Mm. Haven't blogged in a while, but I told someone I would blog so I guess I am keeping my word. :)

So basically, my summer hasn't been too craycray or too dead. In June, I went to China for 10 days. It was pretty good:) I felt free and as if I could do whatever I wanted to do because nobody really bothered telling me what to do which was great. For the first week of August, I went to Scarborough/Cober Hill. It was absolutely incredible. Everyone was so nice and it felt like family there. It's brill. The past couple of days could have been a LOT better, but you know you can't change fate right?

Tomorrow/today is results day. (Its almost 1am atm). I am DREADING it D:. I am SO scared I have failed. I should be posting some time tomorrow as well, but this is it for now?

Many thanks to the friend who made me blog, use twitter and cheered me up today. :) <3

Erm... never thought I'd say this, but Rainie Yang (or whatever her name is) is actually quite good?

20/5/2012

Jeez. Just looked at the date and thought of who I was 2 years ago. SO much has changed. :') Wow.

Tumblr is my new best friend. (Y)

I don't want to revise.

13 Exams left?
- Biology Additional
- Biology Triple
- English Literature (x3)
- Chemistry Additional
- Chemistry Triple
- English Language
- Physics Additional
- Physics Triple
- RS Judaism
- Maths Non-Calc
- Maths Calc
Looking at that list makes me want to curl up in the corner and cry, no joke. Despite finishing 5 exams already and feeling much less stressed than around a week prior to this post, I'm still wishing I could just ace my exams without revising.

Summary of exams so far:
My photography exam was prettttty darn fine. On Friday, my art department held a 'soiree' to exhibit our boards. My head teacher and one of the vice heads went to look at the work O.O When I arrived, my photography teacher told me that both head and vice head loved my boards and one of the pieces were their favourite ^-^ My coursework board was also the year 10's favourite board. YAY. Can I please be the photography prefect now? Lol, I will not be happy if Photography doesn't have a subject prefect. Mehhhhh.
German listening/reading+writing went SO much better than I was expecting. I walked into all those exams without looking at a word of German since my last German lesson. I was SO prepared to fail. The exams were really easy, but I know I have definitely lost marks on silly mistakes e.g. guessing a question because I didn't know the listening extract was for that question LOL.  I hope for an A*, but the grade boundaries will be very high. :( Sadtimes! I'll probably end up with a B. Lol.
Home Economics was just a doss. The paper was easier than all the past papers but again, the grade boundaries will be SO high. I regret taking it so much. I would be extremely happy with an A.
My most recent exam was RS Christianity and Judaism. My school is SO stupid. They tell us to write way more than we need and tell us we're going to fail at life. We then check up the mark schemes and it goes against everything they tell us. We confront them about this and they claim that full marks on the mark scheme is a guide for grade C. WTF?! I hope I did okay...

On Friday, I decided I'd take a trip to the library to revise for the afternoon before the soiree. I walked into a girl from my school... the library is an hour away from school (by public transport). I sat down and we did a little work before retiring to buy some junk food from tesco express. ^-^ When we got back, we resumed our work and started talking to the 2 A2 students next to us. Now before this, we were SLIGHTLY slagging off a school in the neighbourhood. We asked what school they went to... awkward moment when they told us that they went to the same school we were talking about. Lols. In the library, there were SO many weird people... like disabled and mentally messed up and creepy people. We started talking about weird people in the area and it turned out that we often encounter with the same creepy people. Lols.

My friend and I decided to go back to the library yesterday to revise some more. As the library opened at 9am, I arrived at 9.15 and she arrived around five minutes after. After an hour or so of working, 2 more girls turned up. One of them is currently in AS at WGGS (my school) and the other was an WGGS girl who had already left. Now this was slightly weird, because school is nowhere near this place. Our conversations were rather weird, but we did get so much revision done. ^-^ During our lunch break, we walked passed another old WGGS girl who currently goes uni in London. In the afternoon, I walked around the library and saw yet another WGGS girl. Lol at how it's always my school in the library. Typical.

Overall, these last 2 days have been pretty productive work wise. :')

I intend to do 6 biology past papers as well as read through the whole textbook today in prep for my exam tomorrow morning.

Lol at how I've spent ages writing this post just to procrastinate. I don't want to do my work :(

Friday 27 April 2012

I hate the new blogspot. I hate mocks. I hate pointless lessons. I hate Year 7s.

This new blogger is so ugly :'( It makes me want to stop blogging. LOL. Yeah, that's all I've got to say really.

Just a little rant about my day:
This morning, I felt the need to sleep in and ALMOST missed my train. I was so lucky, it was delayed ^-^. First lesson was ICT, and because we had already completed our computing course, it was a free period. During this period my friend and I decided to do a little bit of online shopping. The clothes were quite pretty, but we couldn't find anything that were outstandingly nice.

By the time we got to our maths lesson, we were already half asleep. Lately we haven't been doing ANYTHING in maths either, it might as well be another free. I forgot my practise papers to hand in, even though I completed them like 3 weeks ago. Sad times.
I had a biology mock just before lunch today. We had the paper and 10 minutes into the exam, someone in the class informed the teacher that only questions 1-4 were on the paper when there should have been 7 questions. This meant that our teacher had to keep scrolling onto each different question on the interactive whiteboard, but SHE WAS NEVER ON THE RIGHT PAGE. I hadn't revised for this exam and around 25 minutes into the exam I turned over my paper, threw my pen down and almost started crying. I didn't though ^-^ so proud of myself. Lol.

During lunch, my Muslim friend asked me to go to town with her to collect some shiz and I agreed. When we were walking, she started asking me stuff about a close male friend of mine and the relationship between us and it was really awkward.

Her: 'Everyone kinda knows about you two. Do you not mind any more or something?'
Me: 'Err it's kinda hard to avoid people knowing tbh. Nothing's going on, so it doesn't matter too much.'
Her: 'So it's alright now?'
Me: 'Errr not sure. I'd rather people not bitch about me... you know what our school is like...'
Her: 'Well going to town together isn't a very clever idea then.'

I was about to scream at her. Lol. After this, she casually mentioned that she had been in a relationship for a year with some guy and SHE NEVER BOTHERED TO MENTION IT. I've been friends with her since year 7 and she didn't once mention it. Bitch. LOL. But to be fair, I am the second person to know. I don't understand her though. She is really racist to my other Muslim friend (who is more liberal than she is) by saying how they are not following the strict Muslim rules and so on, yet she sneaks around with a boy for a year, which is condemned in her religion. I asked her why they broke up and she said 'I don't know. After a year it felt like we were just friends. Anyway I didn't really like the whole sleeping around thing.' and I was like 'O.O ehhh? SLEEPING AROUND?! YOU?! I swear you're not even allowed a boyfriend...' URGH IT MAKES NO SENSE. Meh.

In the afternoon I had a photography lesson. We sat there doing absolutely nothing. It's a waste of a lesson now, because we've finished our exam. I found out that some girl spend 80 quid printing out her photography pictures professionally for her display. Jeez, so expensive. LOL. Aiya! If you add up all the pointless lessons I've had today, it adds up to 4 out of 8 of my periods. SUCH a pointless day.

As if my day couldn't get any worse, some STUPID year 7 kids in front of me kept kicking the mud in the puddles backwards ON PURPOSE for fun. I was standing behind them. Wendy was NOT happy. They turned around and I said in a proper rude tone 'EXCUSE ME, could you PLEASE STOP kicking MUD at me. THANK YOU.'  They looked really scared. They apologised and I walked off. x] I stormed into the form room in the worst mood possible, slammed my books on the table and I ranted about the year 7s for the whole of registration. Damn, I hate them SO much. bw;oghwgkjnadvwv.

After school, I was walking out of school with 2 friends. One was one of my best friends, and the other was a girl in my English class. I planned to meet a male friend in town after school and I try to let as little people know as possible. Now, my best friend knew that I was meeting him yet the other girl didn't. This was how the conversation went:

Other girl: So, where you guys going to?
Best friend: Oh I'm going to my bus stop.
Me: Erm I'm going to Santander. (Where I was meeting my friend) And you?
Other girl: Oh I'm walking past Santander!
Me: Erm great... O.O
Best friend: HAHAHAHAHAHA LOL. OMDAIZ. Please follow her and tell me everything that happens! You have my number right? TEXT ME.
Other girl: Oh I will. Ooooooh she's getting embarrassed now! Ahahahahaa.
Me: Oh dear... Fine, you can come with me... but please don't be weird or say anything. :') Pinky promise?
Other girl: Fine.
*Walking past*
Other girl: IS THAT HIM?!?!!?
Me: Er yeah... I'll see you on Monday, yeah? BYE.

So darn awks.

After that, my day got a lot better. ^-^ Yay. My friend and I walked around a bit, and although we didn't do much I still had lots of fun. We talked about the most bizarre things e.g. eating people. ^-^ He also showed me some baby pictures. Bare cute. Such a pretty baby... what happened? LOL I JOKE. Love you really. ^-^

I've written so much, lol. Kthnxbye.

Online shopping.

Instead of doing my revision and stuff, I've been searching random websites for pretty clothing... Here are my results x)

Denim Tie Front Shirt

I WANT THEM.

Prom.

That frustrating moment when you realise that some stupid person is selling your prom dress on ebay. I refuse to have the same dress as ANYONE. Swear down. If anyone turns up at prom with my dress, I will scream. It's not even that nice. :(
'More than 10 available / 36 sold'
You are kidding me. :(

Monday 9 April 2012

This is SO darn cute.

A year or two I was in China and I spent a whole summer watching this drama. It is SO cheesy, but it is SO cute and the most romantic I have ever seen. ^-^ These two are the cutest couple ever. :')

Here's the theme tune/song:
The two guys in white are so beautiful.
Here's the lyrics to the bit that I actually know:

 让我为你唱一首歌
  全世界都陪你听着
  这是爱 你会明白
  你是唯一 不可替代
  让我为你唱一首歌
  闭上眼睛 把心交给我
  这一刻
  要你听见幸福的颜色
A vague translation made my me (therefore it's not great):
'Let me sing you one song
The whole world listen with you
This is love, you will understand
You are irreplaceable

Let me sing you one song
Close your eyes, hand your heart to me
At this moment
I want you to hear the colours of happiness/blessing'

This one is the most cutest scene ever. I admit, it made me cry a little the first time I watched it. It's SO cheesy, but I loved it. ^-^ I couldn't attach it, because it's not on youtube :(

The Hunger Games

I had a very interesting day.
6.55am - My school alarm rings.
6.58am - Another random alarm rings.
7.55am - My actual alarm rings. I stayed in bed and Skype messaged a friend for a couple of hours or so.
9.00am - Get out of bed. Get ready to go out.
9.40am - Sit in front of TV drinking my tea and watching random channels. CBA to get up.
9.50am - Texts friend to check if she's awake. No reply.
10.00am - Bus leaves. Miss bus.
10.07am - Leaves house... Late. Walks towards tube station.
10.11am - Calls friend. Friend's phone is switched off. Starts to panic.
10.20am - Arrives at tube station.
10.26am - Train arrives... late (by one minute).
10.27am -  Calls friend again.
10.40am - Arrives at Harrow. Visits Boots and spends 10 minutes choosing make-up to buy. Maybelline Gel Eye Liner, Maybelline red lipstick, Rimmel foundation. (Y) They are all so beautiful.
10.50am - Get a call from my friend telling me that she woke up an hour late and she's arrived.
11.00am - Buy tickets to The Hunger Games and watch all the adverts.
11.25am - After 25 MINUTES of adverts and trailers, the film began. It was SUCH a good film, I loved it SO muchhhh! It's definitely a film worth seeing, I would love to see it again x) and I hope the next film comes out soon, because IT'S SO DARN GOOD. The film is like 3 hours long though. We got in there at 11, got out at like 2. O.O
2.30pm - Get some food and take the train back to her place.
For the rest of the afternoon, we had planned to revise. What we actually did was play with her soft and fluffy toy monkey, called Dawid (in a weird Chinese accent). We also played Tetris battle, mess about, take silly pictures and anything but work. LOL! I told my mother to pick me up at 4.30pm knowing fully well that she'd be late and giving her half an hour of time to be late in. She didn't pick up her phone, she didn't pick me up and I felt unloved :( In the end I had to walk, then get a bus. Sad times. She met me halfway and gave me a lift though. When I got home, mummy showed me her new dress and jewellery which she bought. I showed her my make up ^-^ yayyyyy!

Eventful day. People almost stood me up, TWICE. :(

I AM SO UNLOVED.

Suits.

I am in love with suits. Suits are so darn fit. Bare love for suits. Yhkbye.

Friday 6 April 2012

Dedication to Becca Wang. ^-^

Becca recently tagged me in a Chinese Stereotypes Tag game. You can see hers here.
Okay, here goes...

Do you get straight As at school?
I'd like to think I do, but in reality my grades range from A* to B. With Chinese parents most children tend to do quite well in school, but my parents don't really check whether I actually do my homework, coursework or revision e.g. my mother thinks that I have been revising for the whole Easter holidays for my GCSEs; in actual fact I've been playing Solitaire on my iPod the WHOLE time. I'd consider myself one of those students that really don't put any effort into school and is just plain lazy. I ALWAYS leave revision to the 5 minutes before each exam. This isn't great for me, but my grades could be worse I guess... From now on, I aim to do a lot of revision every day like a good Chinese student. ^-^

What part of China are you from?
This is rather complicated. My father is from Sichuan (the place full of spicy food). My mother is from Anhui (the place full of sunflower seeds). I was born in Anhui (even though my parents lived in Beijing), but a few weeks after birth we went back to Beijing and lived there till I was 4 years old. After this we moved to UK. Technically (if I am right), I should be from Sichuan because that's my dad's home town but I really don't have anything much to do with the place. I've visited a maximum of once in my whole life. I'd like to consider myself a Beijinger (I know that's not a word), because Beijing is a really nice place. Currently I have several apartments in Suzhou (near Shanghai), but I don't actually live there. LOL.

Do you fit into the Chinese stereotype?
No:
- I am not very clever.
- Although I know a little about music, I never sat down and learnt an instrument for more than 2 months or something. I always lost interest after a few weeks or I had lessons in China during summer holidays and couldn't carry on as I had to leave. I'd like to learn music, but I don't have enough patience.
- I have no interest whatsoever in K-pop, J-pop and so on. The only Chinese music I listen to is one or two songs on my iPod, what my 'sister' listens on speaker in my bedroom or whatever is on TV in China.
- I do not eat much meat, therefore I would never go anywhere near dog or anything of the sort.
- I don't wear glasses.
- I don't sell DVDs.
- I don't gamble.
- Nobody in my family works/owns a (Chinese) restaurant.
- I don't want to be a doctor.
- I don't know self defence, martial arts, karate, kung fu, tai kwon do etc.
- I don't know how to play Mahjong.

Yes:
- I am very short.
- I enjoy maths.
- I own a green buddha necklace... not quite sure where it is though.
- I CAN be shy and quiet.
- I've never gotten into trouble with the police.
- I use chopsticks.

Rice or Chao Mein?
Noodles, defo. Shanghai and Suzhou noodles are immense.

Does your future partner have to be Chinese too?
No, they don't. A while ago, my mother told me that I could either marry a white or Chinese man. LOL. Personally I'd prefer Chinese though.

Do you speak Chinese? Say something.
I speak fluent everyday Chinese (with a few grammar mistakes), but I don't understand '成语' (idioms). Chinese people enjoy speaking complicated Chinese. I also cannot write very well. I can't read more that 500 characters.

好无聊啊! 真没有意思。你还要我说什么?

Okay. Let's tag all the Chinese people on blogger.
- Natalie

- Victor
- Anyone else that wants to do this tag!

(I've missed out a few people, but I don't think any of you use Blogspot anymore)

I don't know what to say.

So around half an hour ago I went on my email, because I remembered that an email I sent a while ago never actually sent. Looking down the left hand side of my Hotmail webpage, I had created several extra folders e.g. LPSC, Chain Mail and so on. I hadn't been through these in a LONG time, so I thought 'Hey, I wonder what's in these emails!' Currently, I'm flicking through the chain mails are some are pretty cute... I'll quote a few.

'Never take someone for granted. Hold every person close to your heart, because you might wake up one day and realise that you've lost a diamond whilst you were too busy collecting stones.'

This next one makes me laugh SO much. Apparently it was written by a guy... excuse my commentary.

We guys don't care if you talk to other guys. (really? I doubt that very much)
We don't care if you're friends with other guys. (See above)
But when you're sitting next to us, and some random guy walks into the room and you jump up and tackle him, without even introducing us, yeah, it pisses us off. (Lol who does that?)

It doesn't help if you sit there and talk to him for ten minutes without even acknowledging the fact that we're still there. (we know you're there... we just don't really care... AND WHAT?)

We don't care if a guy calls>OR TEXTS< you,
but at 2 in the morning we do get a little concerned. (2am is the best time to text...)

Nothing is that important at 2 a.m. (everything suddenly becomes more important after bed time, admit it's true)

That it can't wait till the morning. (impatient........)

Also, when we tell you you're pretty/ beautiful/ gorgeous/
cute/ stunning, we freaking mean it. (Lol. Lies.)

Don't tell us we're wrong. (But you are...)

We'll stop trying to convince you. (Go for it)

The sexiest thing about a girl is confidence. (Okay fair enough)

Yeah, you can quote me. (nah, don't really feel like it)

Don't be mad when we hold the door open. (who get's mad at that?)

Take Advantage of the mood im in. (wtf?)

Let us pay for you!
dont 'feel bad'
We enjoy doing it. (sure thing...)

It's expected. (LOL)

Smile and say 'thank you. (WHO DOESN'T DO THAT?!)

Kiss us when no one's watching. (See above)

If you kiss us when you know somebody's looking, we'll be more impressed. (See above)

You don't have to get dressed up for us. (Err lies)

If we're going out with you in the first place, you don't have to feel the need to
wear the shortest skirt you have or put on every kind of makeup you own. (who does that?!)

We like you for who you are and not what you are. (Okay this is kinda sweet)

Honestly, i think a girl looks more beautiful when she's just in her pj's. (that's because she probably just slept with you...)

or my tshirt and boxers, not all dolled up. (yeah... see above)

Don't take everything we say seriously. (who does that?!)

Sarcasm is a beautiful thing. See the beauty in it. (It's beautiful, we get it)

Don't get angry easily. (=.='')

Stop using magazines/media as your bible. (SO DARN AMERICAN)

Don't talk about how hot Chris Brown,
Brad Pitt, or Jesse McCartney is in front of us. (But they are hot...)

Whatever happened to the word 'handsome'/'beautiful'
i'd be utterly stunned by a girl who greeted me
with 'Hey handsome!' instead of 'Hey baby/ stud/ cutie/ sexy' or whatever else you can think of. (LOL stud... I should start using that...)

On the other hand im not sayin i woulndnt like it ether ; ) (HYPOCRITE)

Girls, I cannot stress this enough: if you aren't being treated right by a guy, dont wait for him to change!!!!! (For the billionth time, WHO DOES THAT?!)

Ditch his sorry butt, disgrace to the male population
and find someone who will treat you with utter respect (it's cool, I am treated with a lot of respect)
Someone who will honor your morals. (this was SO not written by a guy.)
Someone who you can trust with your soul (see above)

Someone who will make you smile when you're at your lowest. (LOL is that possible?)

Someone who will care for you even when you make mistakes. (Yeah I get it now.)

Someone who will love you, no matter how bad you make them feel. (HAVE YOU READ THIS? FEEL BAD FOR LEAVING ME IN UK FOR 18 FRICKING DAYS ON MY OWN! Much love.)

Someone who will stop what they're doing just to look you in the eyes....and say 'i love you' ..and actually mean it. (Fgs this is getting ridiculous)

Give the nice guys a chance. (This is worrying)

Guys repost this if you agree. (I wonder how many actually did)

Girls repost this if you think it's cute. (see above... I certainly didn't)

Every Guy who isn't a jerk will agree with this,
so we hope that all the girls that read this will repost this. (Lol. Gay)

ADVICE:
*Holding Hands
Girls :If you want to hold his hand, gently bump into it a couple of
times. (No... you just hold his hand or wait till he holds yours... common sense love)

*Movies
Girls : During a movie, if he puts his arm around you, tilt your head on his shoulder
Guys : Lift her chin up and kiss her. (This has been repeated way too many times)

*Loving each other
Guys : When she tells you she loves you, look deep into her eyes, give her a peck on the lips, and tell her you love her
too... And mean it. (Lol as if she would know...)

?
By 12 am tonight, your one true love will realize how much they want you.. if you forward this on. (Or have the guts to tell them that you like them maybe? There's a better option. I'm sure that's worked out much better...)
Here's another one... the names in this crack me up so much...
Ey there, I'm David. You need to read this and you can't stop until the end or you will suffer a horrible death. If you think this is one of the boring chain-mail letters, then you are wrong.
I'm going to tell you a story. The story is about a girl called Sara. Sara found a message one morning lying on her bed. She had no idea how it got there but how it did, we will not find out. The message said just one word, and that word was "Run". Sara thought it was her little brother pulling a prank on her, but she thought wrong.
So sara burnt the note before she went to bed. When she woke up she found the same note lying on the bottom of her bed. Again, before she went to bed she burnt the note. The next morning, she found not a note, but a letter. The letter read:
Sara, i am watching you, if you don't run i will kill you. Don't belive me? Well you are unwise. I will give you till Sunday at midnight to get as far away from this house as you can.
Mary.
Sara did not think this was real, so she carried on with her normal life. On sunday at midnight, she heard a bang from under her bed. She got up and turned her light on. She looked in her mirror on the wall and saw bloody Mary. She smashed the mirror with her hair brush and looked under the bed. Nothing. Then the light flickered and went out. She thought that the light bulb had just died. She was completely wrong.
"I told you to run Sara, but you did not. I told you i would kill, you, and your life ends here."
Sara turned around and saw a Girl wrapped in chains with blood dripping down her face. The girl, she guessed, was Mary. She belived now. Mary had a knife in her hand, a real knife, and stabbed Sara in the stomach nice and slowl, so Sara felt it to the fullest. Sara screamed and slowly bled to death.
So you are thinking, "What does this have to do with me?" Well if you do not send this on Mary will come to your room on the nearest possible Sunday at mid-night and kill you. This is no joke. Don't be unwise like Sara. Be wise and send it on.
And that concludes that the human race has turned insane. Much love, much love.
Okay, back to the point. My LPSC is full of stickypictaaaas... they're pretty cute.

In the past couple of hours, I now have a boyfriend called Hilary. She's taking me out on a date to watch Hunger Games on Monday >:D Woooo! Yeah... she agreed to be the guy. LOL!
Much love.

This was a very long post. It's taken me AGESSSS.

Day 1 of REVISION

Day 1 starts with going to my friend's house to do revision... for once. I think we may be doing a little baking first ;D

Okay I'm home, LOL.

What did I do today? I revised x) and I watched a billion episodes of Cougar Town with my friend ^-^ LOL! Hmm... we also made cookies yayayayayay:) yumyumyum.

I got home at 6ish. My mother abandoned me to eat dinner in central London with a friend, so I made noodles. This day can't get any better, well it can but it's not going to happen so y'know... LOL. Is anyone else watching 'The Seeker: The Dark is Rising'? It's not bad.

Okay the truth is I feel crazy lonely right now. I DON'T LIKE IT WHEN PEOPLE CALL ME AND DON'T TALK. I don't like it when my Skype doesn't receive random messages. I also don't like it when people Skype message me for 2 minutes then leave without actually talking to me.

AHON'ergjob'2perwngvpinw'arg!

I miss you :(

This blog post is total jibberish LOL.

Indian food.

If I have one more mouthful of Indian food, I will actually puke. It's so filling D: I was full after starters. Lol.

My mother is so cute:') she has officially become addicted to wowcher, groupon and google chrome. Bare love for mummy (Y)

Names.

I have a history of names. That makes me sound like some retard on the run, LOL.

When I was born my parents named me 'Wanjun'/'婉君'. This name was chosen because my mother fell in love with some Chinese TV drama and the main character had that name.

The story had something to do with her parents dying and her being some shy, behaving, little girl. As a child, I was ALWAYS a 'shy, behaving, little girl'... this scared the cr*p out of my mother and she thought 'I don't want my daughter having a life like that girl on TV!'. Don't comment, I know my mother is a little... weird. At this time, I was bullied quite a bit in primary school for my unusual name. Mummy changed my Chinese name to 'Weishan' or '伟杉'. It's actually a male name, but y'know... Lol. If my Chinese name was no longer ' 婉君', there wasn't much point in my UK friends still calling me 'Wanjun' so my parents decided that it would become 'Wendy' (because my mother liked Peter Pan). That's how we arrived at my current name. On my passport, it's still 'Wanjun'. Lol. I liked the name '婉君' :( it's such a pretty name.

What an interesting story, heh? Nah jk. But on a serious note... if any of you horrible people start calling me Weishan or Wanjun, I will slap your face.

Much love. xoxo

Iloveyou.Iloveyou.Iloveyou.

Bare love for my 'uncle' who fixed my laptop internet in 2 minutes. (Y)
I can FINALLY blog again. I'm well happs.

Okayokayokay. Let's talk about food.
Last night my 'uncle' came home from a football match (Barcelona + AC Milan... those words don't mean anything to me) and my mother was out, so I said hi. The first thing I hear is 'Do you prefer Chinese food or Indian food?' (obviously spoken in Chinese) I had never thought about eating Indian food before. Infact, I don't think I have ever gone out to eat Indian food. O.o This startled me a little. The rest of the conversation is as follows:
W: Well, erm, I've never tried Indian food.
U: Oh cool.
W: Er yeah...
U: OOOOOH THAT'S MISSION IMPOSSIBLE ON TV!
That concludes that I know very strange people. Yeahkthnxbye. Lol jk. I'm going to have Indian food tonight.

It seems to surprise many people that I have never had Nando's before. I should do that one day. Everyone's like 'OMDAIZ O.O I'm taking you to Nando's' ... and it never happens. Lol. Food is really not my thing, I have nothing to say about it. Lol. Anyone up for Nando's? Lol jk, I probably don't know half the people reading this.

Friday 30 March 2012

Time passes so slow.

It's the first day of my Easter holidays.

Summary Wednesday and Thursday:
I went to sleep at 3.30am on Wednesday night to finish all my coursework and revise for my last IT test to complete the ECDL course. I woke up early on Thursday morning and I got ready for school still not very prepared for my Database test and still needing to print of my 42 paged coursework due in first lesson. The feeling of holding the pile of paper was heavenly. It felt SO good handing in months worth of work. For 3rd and 4th period we had PE, and since it was a school dress up day (Heroes and Villains theme) we just played bench ball ^-^ Yayayay! After this, it was time for end of school and start of IT test. The supervisor took AGES to turn up, but after an hour of 'in-the-middle-of-the-night-revision' I passed!

As it was after school already, my friends were planning to meet me in town after I finished my test. As soon as I left school, I called up a friend asking where they were at... they were at a park on the other side of town =.='' so I trekked ALL THE BLOODY WAY TO CASSIO just to see them. I am such a good friend. By 2.30, I was practically falling asleep in the sun so I made the decision to leave at 2.45. My train came at 3.05 so technically I could have stayed a lot longer, but y'know... Soz. By the time I got home, I was SHATTERED and I was already missing a friend of mine a lot so I went to bed at 8 ^-^. Good times.

This morning, I woke at 6.45 expecting to go to school. Remembering that I don't have school, I went back to sleep then woke up at 11. So far today I have caught up on all the Photography exam prep I need to, and I'm working on a German iGCSE past paper. Time is going SO slow, it's unbelievable.

Does anyone know where I can get OCR English Language GCSE past papers from? (Not the aeroplane or elephant ones, because I've done them already.)

owfngw;oeJFA\NOW''GPwjgNWNG'NEB. Sleep.

Eeeeeeek. I hate it when people abandon me for 18 days in UK all by myself during Easter, because they're going on holiday =.=''.  I dislike you, you had better apologise. Have fun laa, miss you loads. ^-^

Monday 26 March 2012

Lol.

Lately I've buried myself in homework, coursework, exams and my phone. I haven't written a decent blog in quite a while and to disappoint you more, this isn't going to be of any sort of decent length. Much love. A quick update on my life? Well things are pretty darn good, that's all I can really say. In the past couple of weeks, I've been catching up with coursework with any time I can because, well, it's due on Thursday and saying that I'm a little behind is a slight understatement. My teacher had to call home before I could be bothered to do any of my work!

I have had very random motives in the past week or so. Since Friday, I have had the urge to get fit. Now as many of you probably know, I am NOT FIT and I couldn't be more lazy. So how have I been trying to get fit? Well, I've been doing 100 sit-ups each day... I missed yesterday though but to my defence, I did walk in heels all over central London in heels doing photography coursework then spent 3 hours ice skating. I am EXHAUSTED. My legs and my belly hurt like CRAZY.

Yesterday was a really good day. I went out really early to do some photography in the morning. My theme was very interesting and fun (ghost photography),but lighting and settings weren't being very nice to me so it didn't work as well as I had expected. By the afternoon, the lighting was being nicer so I managed to get some pretty decent shots ^-^ yayayayayayay! My friend decided to play with my camera in the evening inside the ice rink... the pictures look really cool xD [Oh yeaaaaah, gorrrrrrr you didn't help me :( but it's all bless] Now this is a blog post I would LOVE my photography teacher to see. I should have named it 'Dedication to Miss Keeney' .

I would like to use this post to thank everyone that made yesterday such a fun day ^-^ It was a 'bare dench' day :P I made some lovely people ^-^ yayayayayayayayayayay ^-^

Kthnxbye.

Eeeee!

Eeeeeee >.<

I've been extremely busy lately with many ways to occupy my time... skype, text, homework, diary, novels. I really don't have the time to blog much anymore and there isn't anything I particularly feel the need to speak of. This is one of those moments people tend to stop blogging but I like to blog ^-^ Aiya! What to do? What to do?

I've noticed that since 2011, I've changed a lot as a person and changed my views on many aspects. I guess in most ways, I've followed more morals, behaved better and formed better relationships with my family. On the other hand, I've begun to trust a lot more, believe in the impossible, care a lot more and I don't know if that's a good thing or not.

What I've realised about people in general is that we can change from one year to the next, one month to the next, one day to the next, one hour to the next and even one moment to the next. We're always and constantly changing and soon we are nothing like we used to be. We forget about people that had once been the most important things to us because things change. We forget about our own past sometimes because as time moves on we realise that those things in our past don't matter. It's our future that's important.

I was reading over my diary yesterday and I saw a quote I copied down from a close friend of mine. 'Don't keep crying over yesterday but smile about the future.' I know I have a very bright and happy ahead of me and I am SO looking forward to it because I just can't wait for it all to begin, but for now I want to appreciate what I have and who I have in my life just in case one day I lose them. Eeeee!

Did I mention how my maths teacher absolutely hates my friend SO much that he actually praises me every lesson, even if I'm too lazy to do the work and all I did was copy her work? xD Life is great.

9.7.2011. ^-^ Did I mention life is great?

Life is great. ^-^ kekee!~

The ultimate plan. >:D

Okay so since Valentine's day, there's been a lot going on between friends of mine and stuff like that. Currently, I am hatching the ultimate plan to get 2 of my friend together... not sure which two yet though LOL! Mwahahahahaaa! Yeah I really want a girl I'm 'friends' with to be with a friend of mine... My plan shall work and I shall succeed ;) I cannot tell you my plan yet but I shall after it is done! Pahahaa!

Goodbye.~

P.S. My idiot of a friend felt like creating a love tree/diagram and set it as his desktop background... LOL. <3

Thursday 16 February 2012

^-^

I am so incredibly happy. Like so so so SO SOOOO happy ^-^

Everything just suddenly seems to be going great again and I couldn't be happier. LOVE MY LIFE. Lol, I'm sad. I never thought I'd ever say this but I don't want to sleep ever again because life is finally better than my dreams. I don't know but within a few hours, I became the happiest girl alive ^-^ yayayayayayayayayay!

Kekee, I really do hope my happiness will last because I'm absolutely loving this. ^-^

Yayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayay ^-^ <3

Valentine's Day

Valentine's day is the day of love each year. What did you spend it doing? Let me tell you about my day.

I woke up at 6am for no reason whatsoever. I couldn't get back to sleep till 8am and slept till 9.30 when I decided to get up and do my make-up. I then lay in bed reading Harry Potter till my mum came into my room and we started youtubing Celine Dion and Whitney Houston.

At 12, I made my mummy give me a lift to my station so that I could get the train to central London to see 3 friends. I got there right on time (at 1pm) and I was meeting one friend a little earlier than the others but my friend was 5-10minutes late *glare*. I was casually standing outside Trocadero  opposite a man and a woman. The man kept staring at me so I tried pretending to be busy and texting and looking away and stuff. The man went over to some other people to ask for directions or something and I sneaked a look at the woman. The woman walked over to me...
Woman: My friend over there thinks you're really pretty.
Me: Oh really? Erm thanks then...
Woman: He really wants your number, can he have it?
Me: Erm no, sorry.
Woman: Oh okay then :( *walks back*
My friend arrives and gave me a huge hug. Both the woman and man were staring at us and glaring madly, so I tried to make non-awkward conversation as we walked off.

We then went to a little cafe thing called Bubbleology and bought a drink. OMDAIZ the drink was so cool! It was bubble tea but the bubbles could be popped!!!! Wow. xD The tapioca balls weren't as nice as the ones in HK Cafe though. :( My friend stole my phone and tried unlocking it but I had a password and no way was I telling him my password. Never in a billion years would I be stupid enough to do that!;) It took us ages to finish the drink and soon we had to go to the station to pick up our other two friends (one of which was late *glares*) and soon we were making our way to the cinema to watch the one and only WOMAN IN BLACK.

Woman in black is SO scary. I cannot explain how awfully scary it is xD On my way home, I was SO scared of seeing the woman in black jump out at me!:') Check out a review on it by my friend who also went with me today here or my friend's (Rebecca) review of it from another time here

After watching it, we decided to go take some sticky photos but the place was packed so we booked a place. At the sticky place, I saw two people I sorta knew so it was really awkward. We left soon to go to HK cafe to buy bubble tea and when we got back, the people were gone. We took some photos and made our way to trocadero underground and then it was home time.

Overall, I had an amazing day and it was really, really fun! ^-^

"You may be able to read me like a book, but it doesn't matter because you can't read between the lines."

Bubaiiiii!^-^

P.S. I recommend The Woman In Black because it's an awesome movie :D!

Sunday 12 February 2012

That moment when you think 'I wish I never knew'.

I hate that awful moment when you find out something about someone close to you or something that involves you which keeps you up at night wondering what you could do to be just that little bit better and make life that little bit more perfect.

A few days ago, I was looking through a conversation between two of my friends and I saw random comments about me and I just felt slightly hurt by what they were saying. I don't know if any of you have had this happen to you, but I can assure you that it is an awful feeling... especially if it's friends that talk about you. To be honest, the comments weren't bad. They were just saying really small stuff but it seemed like hints to how annoying or something I am. Aiya!

I know many things between people. People seem to just tell me stuff and I used to get involved and stuff, but now I feel it isn't my place to interfere with anything unless it involves me directly. I like to give whoever it is the chance to break the news or hide a secret if they wish because at the end of the day, it's better from them than from me. It's not my business and I don't think I have the right to say anything unless I have permission to do so.

Okay. Moving on to what I've been doing with my life since I last posted... On Friday, I had non-uniform day in school which is always fun. I felt much more relaxed and comfortable in my own clothes ^-^ Kekee! Saturday night was one of my close friend's heroes and villains themed birthday party. I first decided to go as Peter Pan and Wendy with my friend but decided it was too hard; next we wanted to do the 118 men but decided that was too informal for a party and we'd do that for the school dress-up day. In the end after many ideas, we just decided to go as Cat Woman's cats. Oh it was quite funny because half the people there were cats! :') Fun times. I got home absolutely exhausted last night after dancing for 4 hours straight. Wow. I had such a great time though and it was SO fun!

Plans for the rest of the half term:
Sunday (today) - Party with the famo friends because it's mummy's and some of her friends' birthday party LOL.
Monday - SLEEP DAY.
Tuesday - The woman in black.
Wednesday - Homework day.
Thursday - Shopping with my girls ^-^
Friday - Sleep day with my Harry Potter and P.S. I Love You books ^-^
Saturday - Homework Day.
Sunday - Bowling and collecting my ice skates ^-^ kekee!
After Sunday, it's back to school. Aiya! So tired.

Did I mention how I ordered mini painted models off the internet for my photography coursework? Wow I'm cool. I also ordered star wars lightsaber chopsticks for my friend's birthday present. My friend knows what it is already so it's not much of a surprise. :]

Yayayayayayayayayay.

Now I shall retreat to my Harry Potter book. Yayayayayayayayayay.
